Ticket Prices:
Tickets are $22 at the gate, or $20 on the cincyhomearama.com website and the Cincinnati HOMEARAMA® app. Parking is included with your ticket price. A special two-day ticket will be available for $30 at the gate only. Children 12 and under are admitted for free if accompanied by an adult. No tickets sold or admittance to the show after 8:00 pm.
HOMEARAMA® 2025 will be held at Foundry Park at Three Oaks in Oakley in the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County. Foundry Park at Three Oaks is being developed by WP Land Company and Neyer Properties.
HOMEARAMA®
2025 will feature five (5) fully decorated and landscaped homes in a variety of architectural styles. Show builders include Chris Gorman Homes; Heritage Building Group and Associates; Justin Doyle Homes; Sterling Homes; and, WP Land Company. Projected prices for the show homes at Foundry Park at Three Oaks is $850,000 - $1,500,000. Several of the homes will include roof top terraces.
