Andrew Arthur Custom Homes wins top honors at HOMEARAMA

CINCINNATI, OH, October 10, 2024: The Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati (HBA) announced the award winners for its 61st HOMEARAMA® held at The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm in Goshen Township August 24 through September 8. Six fully decorated homes were featured with a variety of architectural styles. The show homes boasted expansive floor plans from 4,005 sq. ft. up to 6,212 sq. ft. and were priced from $1.25 million up to $2.4 million.

Voted on by show attendees, The People’s Choice Awards consisted of three categories including favorite home, favorite decorating, and favorite landscaping. Andrew Arthur Custom Homes locked in top honors for favorite home and favorite decorating with the Belmont Estate. The home, described as an entertainer’s paradise, was designed in-house by Shannon Wolpert. Interior design was also led by Shannon Wolpert in conjunction with Rebecca Ritchie and Jen Wacker of Cincinnati Design Studio. With plenty of options for gathering, the 6,212 sq. ft. winning home includes a bourbon tasting room, multiple bars, a cigar patio, dedicated yoga room, expansive covered porch and four-car garage. The home is available for purchase at $2.4 million and includes the furniture.
